How to connect your G2A account
This guide walks you through connecting a G2A seller account: finding your API hash and key, running the in-app verification and importing your offers. The whole process usually takes a few minutes.
Before you start
- An active G2A seller account with API access enabled.
- Access to the G2A dashboard section Settings → API.
- A SendItNow account — the wizard runs from the Apps page.
Step 1 — Find your API hash and key
Log in to g2a.com and open Settings → API. Copy the API hash and the API key. If the section is empty, request API access from G2A support first.

Step 2 — Enter your details
On the SendItNow Apps page choose G2A and fill in an account name, the API hash and the API key. The name is only a label inside SendItNow — pick anything that helps you recognise the store.
Step 3 — In-app verification
Click Authorize. SendItNow validates your API pair, checks seller permissions and makes a test call to the offers API — right in the app, with no redirect. This usually takes under a minute.
Step 4 — Connect offers to products
Your offers import in the background. Open the reconcile screen to link each imported offer to a product in your catalog — pricing tools activate as soon as offers are linked.
What you get after connecting
Price management
Manage prices of connected offers directly from SendItNow, with market-position insights and automatic repricing rules.
Troubleshooting
- Where do I find my API hash and key?
- In the G2A dashboard under Settings → API. If the panel is empty, contact G2A support to enable API access for your seller account.
- Does SendItNow redirect me to G2A during authorization?
- No. Verification runs entirely inside the app using the credentials you entered — there is no redirect and no pop-up.
- How long does the offer import take?
- Usually a few minutes, depending on how many offers you have. You can keep working while it runs — progress is shown in the wizard and the import continues in the background.
